This Privacy Policy (“Policy”) applies to the use of Creative Gift VIP, a[n] California company (“Owner”) website located at www.creativegiftvip.com by any user or visitor (“You” or “Your”) of the Website (Owner and You collectively “Parties” and each a “Party”).

USERS UNDER 13 YEARS OF AGE. Owner’s Website is not directed to persons under the age of 13.
